    Shankh (A Conch-Shell) Blown as musical instrument mainly in scared places, temples during prayers and 'artis' and for clasion-calls
    Dhaunsa A pair of big drums that was placed on either side of a mare and played during festive occasions such as a marriage, in front of the procession. The trained mare danced to the tune of the beating of the drums.
    Dairu A small wooden drum played with a stick in one hand; the flaps are tied with strings. Its is normally played by devotees of 'Googa peer' during the month of Bhadon and is associated with Lord Shiva.
    Tumba Made from dry squash shell, it is a popular musical instrument in rural Haryana. It is used by people of 'Sapera' clan along with 'Been' and 'Bansali' on marriage occasions and festivals.
    Iktara A single stringed folk instrument used mainly with devotional songs in Haryana. It is one of the oldest folk music instrument.
    Been Made from the fruit called 'bean'. It is a favorite intrument of the 'Sapelas'; it is believed that the snake is enchanted by its tune.
    Nagara A pair of drums played with drum sticks as an accompaniment to 'raagnis' in 'saang' (folk theater of Haryana) and other folk music presentations. The leather flap is tightened over the big concave wooden bowl.
